We Offer Private Pay Because ...
We only accept private-pay to ensure that therapy can begin effortlessly. There is no need to wait for pre-authorization from insurance, and with a very little to no wait time, we can begin services sooner. All services are based upon the child’s need, not based upon academic impact, the number of sessions are not determined by the insurance company, and collaboration with your child's school OT, specialists, other professionals, and family members can easily occur.
You May Be Elligible For Reimbursement From Your Insurance By Submitting A Superbill
You may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance through Out-of-Network provider with the use of Superbills. A superbill is a specific document required by an insurance company that shows an itemized list of services that you have received from an out-of-network provider. The therapist will provide you with a superbill after each session, and you, the parent, are solely responsible for submitting to insurance.
